Sheila’s Body Shop
With over 20 years teaching group exercise, Sheila Brown knows what it takes to keep you motivated – and entertained! For a small fee each class (Members – $5, Non-Members – $10) these exhilarating classes can increase your energy and elevate your mood! Please arrive 15 minutes early to ensure a spot.
15/15/15 Boot Camp
A combination of a 15 minute cardio workout, 15 minute strength training workout, 15 minute core training, and a relaxing cool down stretch.
45 minutes of cardio dance moves that will feel like a party!
Core – AZ
45 minutes of exercise designed to strengthen ans stretch core muscle groups.
30 minutes of Spinning set to soulful music, followed by 10 minutes of muscle cool down and stretching. Limited Availability!
Sheila Brown, M.S., M.Ed.has been leading group exercise classes for over 20 years. She has an inate ability to connect with and inspire people and to make fitness fun! Sheila’s created a series of classes that will motivate the beginner and challenge the experienced.
Sometimes you need that extra push to keep you motivated and in shape. Our certified personal trainers want to give you the tools and motivation you need to push yourself farther then you thought you could go.
