St. Julian’s Fitness BG provides an array of fitness materials to help you obtain your fitness goals, including cardio, strength training & circuit training!
There are numerous cardio machines, such as treadmills, ellipticals, gliders, recumbent bikes, etc. We also offer a separate studio room for SilverSneakers classes and fitness classes (which are included in the membership price).
St. Julian’s Fitness Bowling Green has been in the Bowling Green community for 27 years and offers a friendly staff and family, friendly atmosphere.

Whether you are looking for a pick-me-up before your workout or a boost after, our nutrition area has an array of options. We have a variety of energy bars and energy drinks (that actually taste good!) and hundreds of smoothie options from the Royale Smoothie Co. Our smoothies use only Fruit Sugar (Fructose) as its sweetner, providing you with a healthier beverage and avoiding the sugar high and crash other sweetners can cause.
